Days move between sailing, walking, skiing, reading, and shared meals. These activities are not presented as experiences to collect, but as natural extensions of living in a remote place. The simplicity of this structure allows both guests and hosts to adapt to the environment rather than impose on it.

Through initiatives such as the House of Books (Casa dei Libri), literature becomes part of the experience, shaping the relationship with the sea through history, narrative, and memory.
